EXPO Habitat 2008 Home

In January Les Habitations Boivin proudly unveiled the EXPO Habitat 2008 Home.  Located in "La Seigneurie de Beaupré," our new development at 155, rue de la Falaise, in Beaupré, Les Habitations Boivin is the project leader of a second EXPO Habitat Home.

More than 9,000 visitors had a chance to admire this home, which covers 4,750 square feet spread over three floors, and features a harmonious balance of masonry and cedar shingles that give it a high-quality exterior appearance. Huge, carefully positioned windows allow you to enjoy the surroundings of La Seigneurie de Beaupré with its many full-grown trees and its unobstructed view of the St. Lawrence River, l'Île d'Orléans and Mont-Sainte-Anne.
